We pay hard earned money, for a good service.!!!

How many of you are subscribed to services which are billed recursively in each month, have you ever calculated all those small amounts you pay for these services? If not take a pen and a paper and write down all those services, amount and calculate the total, I promise you it’s a big amount may be you didn’t even know that you are paying that kind of a part out of your monthly income.
Ok my primary concerned service in this article is, out Telecommunication services, that we are subscribed to, particularly the Internet services. Each of you who are reading this article surely must have an internet connection at home…
Now think how many times do have to call your customer care service for the last month about your connection?, how many complains you have logged ? for the last month, if 0 I’m pretty sure you not calling customer care anymore because you know it’s useless, and they will not address your problem correctly.
But we have think about all that money we are paying for them, each month we pay them, may be the exact current billing amount, may be less , may be more than that. But one thing is if you missed one payment, within 2 days the customer care CALLS YOU, requesting to settle the amounts.
Don’t you think we are missing something here, we paying all those values for that service which they promise that they’ll deliver, which they boast saying it is the best service in the country, but honestly is it the best, do we get the correct download/upload allocation that they promise in their so called multi colored packages. None right..?
So what my point is if we need to develop as a country. The quality of the services in the state should be improved, as we all know telecommunication plays a major part in our country now. The span of the internet should be broadened in the country, since we are a small country, we should be able to implement good, cost effective nation wide networks easily.
Now somebody would say “saying is easy, doing is the problem”
But how long we’ve been saying this, what’s the annual percentage of improvement we have archived for the last 5 years.
A long way starts with a one step..!!!
From now on you should know, you are paying good money for a good service, so you have full authority to push your service provider for a better service. In other countries service providers ends up in court paying big settlement amounts for not delivering promised services accurately…
What makes our country, second to other… this is our country and we are second to none… so let’s improve.. may be not for us now, but for them who are waiting in the future…
